High Frequency Welding Pipe Making Machine is a specialized design equipment used to manufacture high frequency welded pipe used for solar mounting application, which uses high-frequency alternating current (AC) to rapidly heat the edges of a steel strip, which are then squeezed together to form a strong, continuous longitudinal weld, creating high-quality, high-speed welded pipes. 

The whole high frequency welding pipe making machine is composed of 12 ton hydraulic decoiler with coil car, coil head shovel, press and leveler, horizontal loop accumulator, forming & sizing machine, high frequency welder, cold saw, outer table with auto stack,  PLC control system, etc. Fully automatically controlled by PLC control system, this high frequency welding pipe making machine/ ERW Tube mill / ERW Pipe Mill has the advantage of easy operation and fast efficiency.

Working Process


Operation Flow:
Raw material- uncoilding with coil car- coil head shovel, 2+5 leveler- coil head shear & welding- material accumulating (horizontal type)- leveler- main forming- high frequency welding- removing burrs outside of weld seam- cooling- sizing- roughly straightening- fixed length cutting- outer table -auto stack.
