Operation Manual

Quick Start Guide

A simple overview of running your roll forming machine. The complete operating detail is confirmed with our engineer during on-site commissioning.

PLC Programming Control

Our roll forming machines use PLC programming control to meet production requirements during operation. The line is typically driven by a servo motor, with the working signal (length, size, etc.) provided by the encoder.

Before starting, confirm the conditions required by the PLC — such as the correct placement of the photoelectric switch and that the travel switch is working — then set the operating parameters:

  • Encoder perimeter
  • Length demand
  • Number demand
  • Number display
  1. 01

    Start the power supply

Power up the line and confirm the PLC control panel is live.

  2. 02

    Set the required parameters

Enter the operating parameters on the PLC control panel and check the running condition.

  3. 03

    Check the working mode

Select and verify automatic / manual operation as needed.

  4. 04

    Set the cutting length

Configure the required cut-to-length on the control panel.

  5. 05

    Adjust the air pressure

Set air pressure to 0.3 bar (0.3 on the water separator).

  6. 06

Confirm with our engineer on site

The full operating detail is walked through with our engineer during installation and commissioning at your site.
