Unistrut Seismic Bracing Machine Project in Thailand

Thailand is a growing market for seismic bracing and structural support systems, and unistrut-type channel production for the region has been expanding. JX Roll Forming delivered and installed a unistrut seismic bracing roll forming machine at a customer facility in Thailand, covering the full cycle from factory test run to on-site commissioning. The line produces the perforated and plain unistrut sections used in seismic support and cable management applications, and our engineers completed installation, alignment and operator training at the site.

Shipment to Thailand usually goes by sea to Laem Chabang or Bangkok, with transit of about 2 to 3 weeks from our Wuxi factory. The machine is configured for the local 380 to 415 V, 50 Hz, three-phase supply as standard. Because we handled the installation in Thailand end to end, the customer's team received the machine already running, with trained operators and a spare parts kit for the first year of production.
