Solar C Channel Machine Project in Albania

The Balkans, and Albania in particular, have been adding solar capacity rapidly, which pulls demand for locally produced C channel and mounting sections. JX Roll Forming delivered a packaged solar C channel line together with a punch line to an Albanian customer, giving one plant both the forming and punching steps in a single investment. The package was designed so the customer could run channels end to end, from coil to punched section, without outsourcing the punching step.

Shipment to Albania usually uses sea freight to the port of Durrës, with transit of about 2 to 3 weeks from our factory, followed by road to the plant. The lines are configured for 400 V, 50 Hz, three-phase, the standard industrial supply in the region. Our engineers can travel to Albania for installation and commissioning, and the combined C channel plus punch package keeps your per-meter production cost lower than buying the two steps separately.
