Roll Forming Machine Projects in China

China is both the largest solar installation market and one of the largest markets for the machines that build the racking. JX Roll Forming is based in Wuxi and ships across the country, and a large share of our domestic customers are repeat buyers: a state-owned racking maker currently runs five of our solar channel lines, and we have delivered repeat solar strut channel orders to both a Tianjin channel maker and a major national construction group. Recent domestic deliveries include two solar C channel lines to a channel plant in Shanxi and a fully automatic solar strut channel line with automatic stacking.

Domestic logistics is straightforward: machines are craned onto flatbed trucks and delivered by road, with transit typically taking 1 to 3 days depending on distance. Lines are configured for the standard 380 V, 50 Hz, three-phase supply used by Chinese plants. Our Wuxi engineering team is on call for installation, commissioning, operator training and rapid spare-parts support, which is one of the key reasons domestic customers come back for second and third lines.
