Solar Racking Machine Projects in India

India is one of the fastest-growing solar installation markets in the world, and the demand for solar strut channel, C channel and ground-mount support keeps rising every year as new racking plants come online. JX Roll Forming has delivered multiple solar channel machine lines to Indian manufacturers, including a consolidated 7-container shipment of solar channel lines and a dedicated solar strut channel line for a channel maker in the country. Our engineers also ran factory test runs comparing post-hydraulic punch and press punch options on a line destined for India, so the customer could verify punching accuracy and cycle time before the machine left the factory.

Shipment to India usually goes by sea to JNPT (Mumbai) or Chennai in standard export containers, with each module packed in a wooden crate; typical transit time is about 3 to 4 weeks. Machines are configured for the local electrical standard of 415 V, 50 Hz, three-phase as default, and the control panel, inverter and PLC settings can be adjusted on request. Our after-sales team can dispatch engineers to the customer's site in India for installation, commissioning and operator training, and spare parts are stocked for quick replenishment after the line is running.
