5mm C/U Channel Line: Successful Test Run for Bulgaria
In July 2026 a fully automatic 5 mm C channel roll forming machine passed its successful test run for our Bulgarian customer. At 5 mm this line is built for heavy-gauge structural C and U profiles — well above the typical solar channel gauge range.

Heavy-gauge channel in one line
Running 5 mm coil changes everything about the line design: the decoiler, the press and the cutting unit are all sized for the extra tonnage. The cassette tooling then lets the customer switch between C and U profiles quickly, so one heavy line serves both product families.
