2 Solar C Channel Lines Delivered to a Shanxi Channel Plant
In May 2025 we delivered two sets of solar C channel roll forming machines to a customer in Shanxi, China. The machines are built on a casting frame with gear box drive transmission, the structure we specify for plants that run long, continuous production.

Rigid where it matters
C channel tolerances drift when the frame flexes. The casting frame keeps the roller stations stable shift after shift, and the gear box drive keeps the line speed constant under load — both things a channel plant feels in its scrap rate.
