Fully Automatic Solar Strut Channel Line with Auto Stacker
In late 2024 one of our solar strut channel roll forming machines went into production for a local customer in China. The line is fully automatic from decoiler to finished, stacked channel, built to cut labour without cutting speed.

Built to save labour
In a strut channel plant the two biggest labour costs are at the punch and at the cutting end. This line removes both: the 80-ton press runs inside the forming cycle, and the auto stacker takes the finished channel off the line, so one operator can watch the whole process.
