Top Hat Channel Line for Bulgaria: 15 Profiles, One Cassette Machine
In September 2024 we shipped two sets of solar top hat channel roll forming machines to a customer in Bulgaria. The defining feature of the line is its cassette structure: a single machine can produce 15 different top hat profile sizes with fast, tool-free style changeover.

One line, 15 sizes
Top hat channel is the profile that forces a channel plant to run many sizes in short batches. With the cassette structure, the customer covers the full product range on one footprint instead of stacking machines — the casting frame keeps the profile stable across all 15 sizes.
