Highway Guardrail Roll Forming Machineis designed to produce highway guardrail which are anti-collision facilities on highways, mainly designed to prevent runaway vehicles from rushing out of the road. Different specifications are adopted according to the level of the road. There are two waves guardrail ( W-beam guardrail) and three waves guardrail (Thrie-beam guardrail ). The whole guardrail is composed of W-beam/ Thrie-beam, galvanized steel posts (with and without base plates), flared and curly ends, and hardware. The whole guardrail machine is composed of 5 Ton decoiler, press punch, main roll forming machine, hydraulic punch device, servo follow cutting device, outer table, hydraulic system, and electrical control system. Controlled by PLC control system, this solar C channel roll forming machine is fully automatically operation control with production speed 3-4 pieces/min, with cutting length 4320mm every piece.
