Ground power stations are the segment where C channel volume really happens: thousands of identical brackets per plant, cut to length, punched for clamps, shipped in bulk. A line chosen for roof-market logic will not serve this market well. Here is what is different.
1. The profile: ground mount is its own product
The line is built for the steel C channel solar support used in ground mounting systems — the bracket family of the ground power station. Compared with rooftop brackets, ground mount work means longer straight lengths, higher repeat order volume, and a punch pattern driven by the clamp and bolt layout of the mounting system you supply. Send the clamp drawing first; the punch tooling is designed around it.
2. Gauge and material

3. Line configuration
The standard ground-mount C channel line: decoiler, main roll forming machine (16 stations), hydraulic cutting machine, outer table, hydraulic system and PLC control. For volume plants the upgrades that matter are the coil head cutter and welder (faster coil changes), the servo follow-cut (exact lengths at line speed) and the auto stacker. Nominal speed is 0–30 m/min.
